"SOMOS LUZ" ("We are Light")
Music: Southern
Director: Boa Mistura

Southern's "Wiregrass" and "Navarre" were featured in SOMOS LUZ, a mini-doc by the Madrid, Spain-based art collective Boa Mistura about the foursome's time working and living in El Chorrillo, Panamá City.

"SOMOS LUZ" ("We are Light") is the message they painted, with the neighbors’ help, on fifty houses at the building Begonia I in the community of El Chorrillo. They transformed the corridors into abstract color compositions that come to life with daily scenes, such as neighbors looking out the balcony or hanging clothes.

The intervention was selected to exhibit at the Art Bienale.
